I just ate my new favorite peanut butter ( OF ALL TIME I MIGHT ADD)!! It is Earth Balance Crunchy No Stir. It is soooooooo good. Sweetened with Agave, it just can not be beat. The next time you go to buy peanut butter, give this one a shot... it comes in creamy too!

Holy Cow - or should I say Holy Soy... Honey!!! First, I am going to make your chicken noodle soup when I get up to the cabin next week. Second... I am going to buy a big jar of Earth Balance Peanut Butter. And, third... I am re-inspired to take good care of myself by thinking about what I put into this amazing gift of our bodies.
